The hostel fits the bill for a short stay in Milan. Close to Ca' Granda metro which is on the line to San Siro and easily connected to the city centre lines. Lots of trams nearby as well. The hostel itself is a bit rough around the edges (one lift broken and the other only able to take 3 persons at a time, instantly stopped working as soon a 4th entered and had to use the stairs). However, it is very clean and tidy, air conditioning in the rooms (greatly appreciated when it was 36ºc). Breakfast available which again was well presented. If you're on a budget and don't mind being just outside the main centre then I would recommend it. If you do stay here then visit Pratocentenaro restaurant which is only a 5 minutes walk away. The food is absolutely incredible and run by lovely staff.

it was a nice stay in overall.. we had what we needed and the staff were very nice.. the breakfast was nice , but very limited.. no many options .. I would wish for better more kind of cheese and yogurt , use more fresh fruits

Lovely swimming pool

Great location for us with parking. Tram stop and metro right outside hotel. The pool was fabulous with sun loungers on a grassy area. Breakfast was included and was good but thought the food in the evenings not very good so chose to eat out after the first night.

Great staff, room was good for what we needed, clean and tidy. Electrics tripped, called reception fixed within minutes. We didn't eat or drink so couldnt pass comment. Locally great places to get coffee and bakery items and a short walk to metro and tram lines.

Upon arrival, the first room I received had a broken bathroom. I spoke to the reception, and they reassigned me to another room. Unfortunately, that room had a bathroom light that kept flickering, making it uncomfortable to use. I was too tired to complain again. On top of that, the room heater, no matter what temperature I set, was extremely hot even though it showed 5°C on the thermostat. It wasn’t air-conditioned at all. The entire hotel felt outdated—what might have once been luxurious is now obsolete. The TV was an old tube model with no HDMI, which frustrated me even further. That said, the breakfast was actually good, and the staff were kind and helpful. In short, the room experience left a lot to be desired, even though the people and breakfast were solid.

We stayed at a lot of Novotel, but this is small for a Novotel hotel. Not sure if it's only in Italy, but this hotel doesn't have an AC. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety compared to other Novotels. The staff were very helpful & great though.

Did early check with additional fees which was ok. Private Room was of decent size, clean but no charger switch near bed, there was just 1 in bedroom and another in bathroom. Breakfast NOT worth, just 2 types of bread, rolls, basic salad, 2 juices, and just uncut apple in the name of fruits. No self service kitchen. Few public transport options were available between 300-500 meters. Overall property was decent but other facilities were just okayish.

Good nights sleep

One night stay travelling through. Reasonable hotel, a bit far out of where we wanted to be but pricing probably reflected that. Bed was really comfortable, pillow not so much. No balcony. A couple of bottles of free water. The pool pictures look a 7/10 but in reality that area is more like a 3. Sat there for about 5 mins. Great pizza over the road
