The sink probably needs maintenance--drained slowly and the faucet was a little wobbly, like it might fall off--but it was usable. And the TV remote might need batteries. I couldn't get it to work, so used the controls on the TV. A good range of channels."

"The room had pretty comfortable beds and large well lit parking lot. The bathtub/shower was showing a bit of wear/staining and there was some overspray from painting the bathroom walls onto shower surround but overall appeared clean. Totally fine for our quick overnight. "
