"1st off this placebis so close to Icon park its like your already there. I always stay here and the service and people make it so i want to come back. Free continental breakfast and a great pool/spa my only two complaints are please fix the spa. It was perfectly hot but no bubles, and put in taller toilets. Thanks for an awesome time again "

Between the staff, the hot breakfast bar, and the cleanliness of the hotel (you can smell how clean it is as soon as you walk inside) I will definitely be coming back to stay again soon. It was definitely an amazing find, especially for the price. I came here for my birthday/anniversary with my boyfriend and we both agree, it is a 10/10 recommend!! "

"The place is a great bargain for visiting Orlando and particularly Universal. They have an awesome pool and most of the amenities you need. Easy parking and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is you get hustled by non-Best Western employees right after you check in. They're trying to sell you stuff you don't need and I had to shout them down. That's really annoying. Just be prepared for the hustle after you check in. ...

"The bed had weave from someone’s head on my sheets in three different locations, pillows sucked, ac was not working correctly, and bathroom doors didn’t stay closed. Staff at desk was great!!"
