The room was dirty and outdated—it honestly felt like a jail cell. There were dogs barking all night, making it impossible to rest. On top of that, the fire alarm didn’t even have batteries, and it took the staff over an hour to replace them. Overall, a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience.

Great base for universal studios , room was a good size cleaning was ok had to ask for floors to be swept as there were left for days and they were filthy when got there. Hotel staff great and cant do enough for you. There is a lot of smoking weed in the car park i know thats not the hotels fault though. For the price paid probably would stay again . We stayed in the tower block wifi didn’t work there

Staff was excellent. The room and location of the were perfect. The Starbucks staff was very friendly. The pool and surroundings were clean. The only complaint was the strong smell of weed during the night. We went during spring break, and yet, it was very relaxing. Very calm environment with a great pool for families of kids for all ages. The pool has a very shallow end with a splash zone for little ones. The hotel has a mini arcade. The Starbucks store sells inflatables, sunscreen, and other essentials. The hotel is very near a big McDonald's with a play place and arcade inside. There are a couple of arcades very close by, as well as a mini golf and gift shops/souvenir shops. I would recommend it if you rather spend more on parks and toys for the kids.

The rooms were very outdated and in bad repair. The walls and doors are not soundproofed, and we had neighbors who were partying all night and smoking outside which wafted into our room. The staff, however, were very helpful when we asked to switch rooms because the lock on our door and the toilet handle were both not working. Bar & cafe didn’t stay open past 10:30, even though the website said midnight. Nice staff, really run down property. Very close to everything, though.

Wish I could give a better review but sometimes you get what you pay for. Our first night we woke up to an alarm set to 2:45 am and the tv tuned on as well waking up my two toddlers. TV came on again 10 mins later. The next day tried to call the front desk multiple times and no one answered. That evening finally got ahold of someone and asked if they could come clean the floors because we had to push the beds over and the floor was dirty underneath. They said they would “see what they could do” which ended up being a towel and trash refresh and that was it. Our last night the toilet broke and luckily someone picked up and sent a nice man to fix it that evening. The alarm went off again that night. Traffic noise was pretty bad even with a sound machine and we were placed near the building entrance so heard people until well after midnight each night. The things that worked was that it was a great central location, shuttle to Universal included, very HOT showers (love it) and beds were reasonably comfortable. Overall next time definitely going to save a bit more money and splurge on a nearby resort for hopefully a more restful experience.
