We went from the worst stay at another hotel to leaving and finding this one. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel. The front desk staff was so nice, the room was amazing in every way, the hotel is so beautiful. I won’t stay anywhere else when I come to Orlando!

Very courteous staff, room was very clean and the food was delicious. While my burger was over cooked, I asked for Medium and received well-done, the flavors were tasty. My veggie omelette at breakfast was scrumptious. Walking distance to the activities at ICON Park and dining nearby. Good stay all around.

I've recommended this hotel several times since my stay. It as so welcoming after my encounter with Ryan Urban, and the service at the bar especially during Thanksgiving was above and beyond. They have a good breakfast, the temperature was awesome to go to the roof and watch the distant fireworks, the tiara I received (as an adult) at check in, the robes at request, the outdoor games and "at your service" approach during the holidays was perfect. Thank you! We had 3 rooms and multiple families, and will come back.
