"Just to be clear I am familiar with the area and knew this was going to be a cheap low budget place. Any criticism is more a warning or a what you can expect. Room was clean, quiet and apparently fairly well sound proofed. Technically it is non-smoking however the guest just walkout to the walkways just outside the rooms to do their smoking. So for the most part there is the constant smell of tobacco and Marijuana. My bathroom reeked of it the entire time. The water jumped from scalding hot to...

"This place was tamazing! From check-in to check-out the whole vibe was awesome. The beach was beautiful, the local food places were sooo good! The room was the best, the jetted tub to both floors having balconies! Can't wait to go back!"

"The only bad thing was tge check in. The guy at the front desk said I wasnt in the system. He said he needed a confirmation no. I checked all my emails and all I had was a itinerary no. Which did him no good. There was a line of people behind me so I had to step aside. He finally said that there was a John K in the system but no last name. Then he went in an office and came out and checked me in. I dont know whos fault it was but it was very aggravating after a full day of driving. "

"This property has a very retro vibe. The pool is small but adequate. The property is definitely outdated but it met our needs, had a roomie bathroom and comfy bed. It was clean. The proximity to the beach and st Augustine was amazing. I would definitely stay here again in hopes that they continue to make updates to the property. "
