"Our experience was exactly what was promised and then some! There was plenty of space and spot on accommodations. The beds were comfortable and the house was functional and extremely beautiful and felt new and modern. We had plenty of space to spread out and lots of spaces we could spend time together. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed it very much. Very close to Publix which made it easy. The BBQ place just down the street is a 10/10! The home itself is perfect and the distance to the beach was as promised… just a few houses down then we were on the sand. The beach had great sand, it was quiet and not crowded at all. No rocks or anything that kept us out of the water. We would definitely like to stay there again. Worth every penny. 100% recommend! "

"This was the perfect location was our family of 8 trip. The house had everything we needed plus some. There was enough beach chairs for everyone and large fans in all the rooms( I cant sleep without a fan). The house is in a nice neighborhood to walk or ride bikes in the morning/evening. It is also located right beside beach access. I would definitely stay here again. "

"This is our second time staying in this home. The location is great, the pool is wonderful, the golf cart makes beach trips much easier and the house is perfect for our family of 7. The kids are already asking for a 3rd visit. "

"This property was immaculate and accurately listed. Check in was a breeze and the pool was awesome! Very private and not a crowded area. Beach was 2 minute walk. The restaurants in the IMMEDIATE VICINITY (within 2 miles) are unbelievably delicious with friendly staff. Fridas, The Hammock Grille, Captains BBQ. All excellent! We will be back as often as we can!"

"I feel like I should say something negative so it will be easier for me to get the times I want next time I stay here, but I have only good things to report. I use Vrbo frequently and this is the best property I've ever stayed at. The house is just steps from the beach, but it's not a "beach house". It's a house you might find in any nice neighborhood. There's an upstairs balcony that lets you look over the ocean, and an enclosed porch downstairs. Both face east so you can enjoy the ocean breezes. The beach is private so there were never many people out there. The house is clean, and the one problem I had (when a storm knocked out the wi-fi), the owner was very quick to help me get it back online. Again, it was a great place that I hope to visit again. "

"The day before arriving at the house for a carefully planned 3 generation family vacation I received a phone call from Alina, the managing agent, telling me the house wasn’t ready for us. My heart immediately sank. We would be getting on the Amtrak Auto Train the next morning, and suddenly it all seemed to have gone wrong. However, I was immediately offered a swap to another house nearby. Literally a hundred feet from the beach, the house has excellent a/c, lots of windows, high ceilings, and was perfect for us. A gas barbecue on a deck right next to the living room/den area is adjacent to the kitchen. The dining table is rather small, a very tight fit for our group. Of course everything wasn’t perfect: a pair of tongs fell apart in my hand, the coffee maker was a toy, the kettle was damaged, and available dishes were limited. However, Alina responded to my texts, and we received a new coffee maker and a new kettle the day after. It took a couple of extra days to get garbage bags, really nothing more than a minor inconvenience. Wifi was spotty, and didn’t get better. Important details that weren’t just right were fixed quickly. Alina was a pleasure to deal with, and very helpful. A glitch at the end was annoying and unnecessary, but was fixed. A great vacation seeming in danger of failing got fixed seamlessly, and I give Alina a lot of credit for being so attentive. We had a wonderful family vacation."

"This beach house was more than expected. It had everything we needed and more. The only complaint I have is I wish I knew exactly what all was provided because then I wouldn’t have had to pack as much as we did. Hahaha. So, really, not a complaint at all. The house was beautifully decorated, amazing access to the beach and so relaxing. I especially loved the deck and the fact that it had a gate at the top so our dog could enjoy the fresh air while we ate, drank coffee, and just hung out in it.The backyard was amazing too. Pool was perfect size for our family of 6. The hot tub was an added bonus. And the yard was fenced in with a nice privacy fence that kept our dog safe.Also of note, it’s so hard trying to find a beach house that didn’t charge an arm and a leg for a pet. The pet fee was more than reasonable here. And the fact that they allow dogs over 50lbs is also so hard to find. Soooo very grateful for that.My kids and hubby had a blast playing pool/air hockey/ ping pong. Such a great addition especially when you’ve had enough sun for the day.The neighbors were all so friendly. The beach was quiet, and gorgeous. We even got to see some interesting sea life (jelly fish, sea turtles, crabs, etc.) We absolutely loved our visit and were so very impressed with our stay. Would definitely stay here again, HIGHLY recommend!"
