"We had a great stay with two families: four adults in the upstairs rooms and four kids in the downstairs bedroom. We loved the common space on the second floor, with its ocean view, and some of us enjoyed the game room with pool (billiards) and video games.We saw all the available beach equipment, which made me jealous of folks staying there in warmer weather. It was too cold in late December for us to swim, but the beach was great for walks and views.Matt communicated with me in advance about two concerns from previous renters, working with me to make back-up plans in case those issues couldn't be fixed before our arrival. As it turned out, they were both fixed before we arrived, but I still appreciated the pro-active communication."

"The house was spectacular. It was spotless on the inside when we arrived. The kitchen was great. Nice to have 3 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. It was a well equipped kitchen. There were many lawn chairs and outside activities. One son brought a volleyball net as there is plenty of space on the nice beach. So much time was spent in the ocean. Great views from the house with plenty of outdoor sitting. Everyone enjoyed the game room at night. The owner was terrific to deal with. She always contacted you immediately. There were no negatives about this house."

"This condo was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. It was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the ocean. A short walk to the beach. The online picture looks longer than it really is. Access to the beach is from the 1st floor(We mistakenly kept searching on the LL) Location was great. Beach and area was not crowded and was a short drive to the very crowded St. Augustine attractions. Nice plus was the hotel carts and grocery carts to haul things to our room. Would definitely stay here again."
