"Rental was through Vtrips, who required you to e-sign a rental contract but otherwise very smooth process. The pick-up and dropoff for keys and security pass was easy and nearby the property. Loved everything that was made available in the condo from blocks for our small child, kitchen and laundry needs. Space was clean and spacious. Near the beach but about 15 minute drive from the main part of St. Augustine (historic section with shops and restaurants)."

"Absolutely amazing. As in, over the top AMAZING!Part of me doesn't want to leave this review, because I really want this house to be available next time my family would like to stay there. But I'm going to take the risk by letting you in on the secret that you do not want to miss out on staying in this house. It's extremely nice. It's super spacious. It's immaculately clean. The views are stunning. The pool is massive. The beach is pristine...and quiet!And on top of all that, the owner is incredible. Warm and hospitable, kind and helpful in every way possible. Has thought of everything to make your stay as smooth, comfortable, and convenient as possible.I know I sound like I'm exaggerating, but I'm not. I can't recommend this house enough. Just PLEASE don't stay there the next time we'd like to come. :)"

"This condo was so amazing in every way- it was so comfortable with everything we needed and than some. The beautiful kitchen worked so well for us, the showers were updated and beautiful as well. The VIEW was perfect and we could see the ocean and the pool. The landscape was well kept. The walk way to the beach has turtle nests just below the deck. The pools were so refreshing- we actually used two different pools . The staff was friendly and helpful. I would come back again and again! Do yourself a favor and don’t hesitate to book this beautiful condo. Thank you Patti and David for being such a wonderful host!! "
"We loved our week at sea gem. Great weather, great view, great amenities! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well accessorized. We were greeted with frosty Pilsner glasses in the freezer. Pool was nice and beach was wide and clean. Would definitely recommend for a family get-away. "
