"Ricky was available & quickly responsive to my requests.The condo is as advertised. It is perfect for a couple. Although it sleeps four it would be a bit crowded. There is a lovely ocean view from the living room, and beach access is very close. The only thing I would have liked better would have been a dining table and chairs instead of the breakfast bar."

"This place was perfect for my husband and I when we decided on a last minute getaway for our anniversary. Quiet area despite being a large condo complex. The bed was so comfortable. The sunset views from both the patio and balcony off the master bedroom were gorgeous. The hosts were very communicative and nice. My only wish was for a toaster. We had brought bagels to have for breakfast but there was no toaster. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Very clean and would be good for families as there was a second bedroom with 2 queen beds, a pull out couch and 2 bathrooms."

"We had a great stay with two families: four adults in the upstairs rooms and four kids in the downstairs bedroom. We loved the common space on the second floor, with its ocean view, and some of us enjoyed the game room with pool (billiards) and video games.We saw all the available beach equipment, which made me jealous of folks staying there in warmer weather. It was too cold in late December for us to swim, but the beach was great for walks and views.Matt communicated with me in advance about two concerns from previous renters, working with me to make back-up plans in case those issues couldn't be fixed before our arrival. As it turned out, they were both fixed before we arrived, but I still appreciated the pro-active communication."
