Nestled on a private .5-acre lot, this home offers a completely private yard, a 4-car garage, and a large driveway, perfect for bringing your RV, boat, and all your toys. Enjoy stunning sunrises over the beach and mesmerizing sunsets by the pool. With a golf cart included, exploring the area has never been easier.

This spacious home has been completely renovated in 2022, boasting a luxurious open floor plan. The large kitchen features a center island, ideal for entertaining family and friends. The cozy family room includes a large screen TV for your enjoyment. The huge master suite comes with a king-size bed and a luxurious master bathroom, complete with a freestanding tub and a large walk-in shower. A separate kids' room with a twin bed and trundle is perfect for families. The other two bedrooms feature luxurious queen-size beds and share a second beautiful bathroom.

The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $287 + tax per week. Please inform us in advance if you wish to have the pool heated for your visit.

Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
