Experience the ultimate beach getaway in this beautiful 3 Bed/2 Bath beach home, featuring the most romantic heated pool you have ever seen. This stunning property is located on a private 0.5-acre lot with a completely private yard, a 4-car garage, and a large driveway perfect for bringing your RV, boat, and all your toys. Enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the beach and picturesque sunsets by the pool. With a golf cart included, you can easily explore the nearby almost private beach, ensuring you never have to deal with crowds.

This luxurious home has been completely renovated in 2022, boasting an open floor plan that includes a large kitchen with a center island, ideal for entertaining family and friends. The cozy family room features a large screen TV and comfortable seating. The spacious master suite offers a king-size bed and a luxurious master bathroom with a freestanding tub and a large walk-in shower. A separate kids' room with a twin bed and trundle is perfect for families. Two additional guest bedrooms with queen-size beds share a beautifully designed second bathroom.

Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, saran wraps, and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!

Other Things to Note:
Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. It was spotless and well maintained. The golf cart was super handy to get down to the beach (where it was very quiet and private). There were also a lot of nice restaurants close by.

We’ve stayed at this property two years in a row and are making a family tradition out of it as a sweet escape from Orlando. The home is beautiful, clean and has large entertainment area for us to gather for family dinners. We love the proximity to the beach and all the amenities and will continue to make this home part of our family tradition!

Beautiful place. Inside very clean. Would stay there again. Management was very responsive. Yard and landscaping were very overgrown and grass needed mowing. Weeds growing over the top of the lanai.

Spent our days fishing and evenings taking the golf cart around to catch sunsets, grilling outside and enjoying the splash pool! This home truly had everything we needed and it was so nice to bring our dog with us… the home offers a lot of privacy and huge lot with a “secret garden” feel. It was spacious, clean and truly made you feel like you were at home. We will definitely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the sand and the ocean. The home was VERY spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly and helpful, always accessible and responding immediately to our questions. We enjoyed relaxing walks at the beach and exploring the nearby attractions. This was one of the best vacations we ever had, and we can’t wait to come back again. We had a great stay overall in this beautiful, well-appointed home. Primary bed was especially comfortable and neighborhood very quiet. Our disappointment was with the pool which is listed as heated pool in the header, but requires a substantial additional charge. We paid, but pool not heated during our stay. Owner did refund us the following week. Pair of bikes shown in listing were not at the home, but golf cart was available as was garage parking. We would definitely stay at this property again, and it would be perfect for a couple, family, or small group of friends to gather and relax.

This was such an awesome home for our family Christmas. There is lots of room both inside and out to spread out or come together and watch movies or play a game. The kitchen is beautiful and stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. The outdoor amenities exceeded our expectations. The golf cart, grill and fire pit were utilized multiple times. Had we not had a very cold blast of weather we would have been in the pool a lot. We are hoping to plan another family get together in the Spring or Summer. The location is perfect with the beach and also State Park and restaurants close by!

Good location with plenty of room. Cleaning crew did a superb job prior to our arrival. Had a minor issue with golf cart tire. Notified property manager, Alina, she was going to have it replaced that day, but I told her it would probably last for our stay, which it did. Also,.we were emailed a few times during our stay checking to see if everything was okay. Definitely going to use them again

The grounds were beautiful!! The screened in pool area was our favorite place all week!!! The house was clean, and we had plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, towels, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrellas! The golf cart was super handy, because it is a little drive to the beach. There is also a fenced in area where dogs can play without the leash. The property is wonderful, but you should know that if your kids want to swim in the ocean, you will need to take them to daytona about 45 min down the road. The ocean here has giant rocks everywhere and the giant waves would knock you into the giant rocks!! None of that has anything to do with the property, but i wish we had known.

Overall this is a nice property that's very private and quiet, with quick access to the beach and good amenities. Quality-wise it's worthy of 5*s in my book. I gave it 4* on the accuracy of the listing because it was not disclosed that the "heated pool" (with a big fee attached) is NOT heated full-time. It's solar heated, so if the sun's out, the heater will add a little warmth. However, it only heats the pool from about 10am til 8 or 9pm. So it's not warm when you actually need the extra warmth. Otherwise, a nice place with responsive mgmt.
