"The property is far enough from UF to stay out of the traffic but close enough to the school. This was our 2nd stay at the property and it was just as wonderful. We actually have it booked in 2 weeks for a 2 night stay"

"This is our third fourth stay. We travel for medical appointments. Never disappointed. Clean and fairly priced. Breakfast buffet is very good."

"Great location just off the interstate and lots of restaurants near by."

"Room was clean but hallway carpet was dirty. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast:cereals, breads, coffee, juice, waffle, eggs, sausage or bacon, ..."

"The room was clean and the staff was warm and helpful"

"Very nice, clean and maintained rooms and property. Literally steps from the beach and beautiful views from the windows. Only dislikes are no balconies. If I'm a guest at a hotel, I shouldn't have to pay to park there!"

"Very clean in the employees was very nice and professional"

"Beautiful hotel. The lobby, room and breakfast area were immaculate. I would highly recommend this property to travelers."

"The accommodation, customer service, breakfast—everything, in fact—is wonderful. I will definitely return there in the summer."

"Good price, clean and safe place, near beach and restaurants bars. Staff very helpful. Highly recommend that place."
