"Large condo, with an awesome view of the ocean and sunrise. A safe gated, quiet, and very well-kept community with two community pools, one with a lake view, a grill restaurant, and one on the ocean side (access from the ocean as well). The condo was very clean. We and our pups felt right at home. It's close to the Publix grocery store. Not many shopping stores, we either went to Flagler or St. Augustine and same if you're looking for on-the-beach restaurants with entertainment, but there is a great Pizza restaurant right across the Publix. We're pretty sure there's more in the area that we didn't get to explore, next time. The condo is so comfortable and has everything you could possibly need. The parking spot under the building is so nice with one additional parking outside. The pet stations are so handy for those with pets (we brought two). Access to the beach is easy, there are beach chairs, towels, and toys, etc available in the condo and in their locker (we did not use as we brought our own). We were here for the 4th of July and the fireworks on the beach and from the balcony were amazing to watch. They were shooting them from other adjacent places but close enough to enjoy. Somebody had mentioned large rocks on the beach. We must have been blessed the week we stayed we only saw them on our walks but on our very last morning we woke up to many rocks where we had beached all week. The host's communication was amazing!! "We spent the week here and it was awesome! Our group was five adults and three kids ages 5, 2 and 1. The unit was plenty spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The view is amazing and the unit is steps away from the walkway to the beach and a short walk to both pools. The pools are great and the lakeside pool with beach entry work out perfectly with the kids. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys provided, which was helpful for travel plans. Eric was very easy to work with and was very open with his communication regarding our questions and the entire check-in process. We will definitely look to stay here again!"

"The front gate process could be streamlined but I do appreciate the security. The condo was on the 3rd floor, and very easy to get to. I very much loved the location just make sure to grab some ice before you get to the condo. There are no stores around, just FYI. Overall I will be booking this place again. Communication was easy. "Everything from beginning to end was great dealing with Jeffrey the owner .condo had everything we needed from beach gear to beautiful balcony view to all kitchen items my wife needed.grand kids loved the bunkbeds 2 really nice pools with a food and drink bar.splash pad keep the kids busy.and the beach was a small walk from the condo.book the cinnamon girl you wouldn't be disappointed!"

"The view was spectacular! The place was large and very clean. We loved the area felt very safe and upscale.The only thing we didn’t love was the rocks located on the seashore. We didn’t know that it was located on a reef, so the sand itself is a mixture of sand and shells. The second day we drove down and went to Crescent Beach and it was gorgeous and not far to drive at all the sand there was very soft. At our complex, the swimming pool was beautiful. One day, we went into Saint Augustine, which was a complete treat. The old town historical part felt like you were walking through a Disney village. Our favorite place to eat was located in Saint Augustine called Saint Augustine Fish Camp. Great seafood and view of the water there."
