"This home is a great choice for a family getaway. We had 8 adults and 2 teenagers. This home is in a great location only steps away from the pools and beach. Each floor has a balcony which was perfect for sunrises and sunsets. Will definitely be coming back!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent nine nights at this Cinnamon Beach house in Palm Coast in July and it was everything we hoped for and more. Our whole group (kids, grandparents, the extended family) had an amazing time and we’re already talking about booking again next year.The house was spotless when we walked in, everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and ready for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook big family meals, and there was enough space that no one felt cramped even with a full house. The private pool was a daily highlight; the kids lived in it every afternoon after the beach.Location couldn’t have been better. Short, easy walk to that beautiful cinnamon-colored sand (it really is as pretty as the photos), and the community amenities were excellent—two pools, the splash pad, fitness room, and clubhouse. It felt quiet and private even though we were right in the middle of everything. Being gated gave us real peace of mind with the kids running around.The Cinnamon Beach Vacations team was great from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, they answered every question quickly, and you can tell they take pride in the properties they manage. Nothing ever felt like a hassle.We left relaxed, happy, and already missing the place. Highly recommend for any family looking for a real beach-house experience without the crowds. "I cannot say enough great things about this home and our time spent there. It was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, we were met with friendly and welcoming communication. The home itself is beautiful and the owners have thought of every little detail to make this truly feel like a home away from home. Cleanliness was top tier! Leyla took excellent care of us ensuring we got settled in and was available for any questions we had throughout the week. The lanai and pool is where we spent most of our time and it was so relaxing! We will definitely be returning again in the future!"
