"Staff not friendly nor accommodating at all. We had rain for two days and every time we went to front desk for questions they seemed bothered. They didn't offer anything special since we couldn't use the outdoor faciloties. Other resorts get creative to keep everyone happy due to bad weather. Pretty place, bad people. "

"One of our favorite places to visit. But I am worried that this beautiful resort is failing. Staff was kind and gracious. But nothing done to fix maintenance issues. Nighty visits from raccoons in the room. No one showed to fix the hole in the ceiling that they were coming through. Dryer was a fire hazard. Reported but no one showed up to do anything about it. Still an active fire hazard when we left. It just needed someone to show up and disable the unit so it couldn’t be used. Never happened. "

"We stayed here for a week in March, 2026 with 10 people. House was great. Plenty of room, very clean, wonderful updated appliances, very peaceful but also had great community pools and of course a great ocean beach. Ryan responded immediately to any requests or questions that we had. Garbage pickup was twice a week which was great for our big group."

"Hotel resort is really nice. However, reading the other reviews, it looks like we were lucky. The person who was giving out the wrist bands for pools didn’t know he wasn’t suppose to give us any. If we were denied access to pools, I would say the price would have been too high. No instructions for tv. I think owners could easily print it out. Without knowing for sure the pool passes are available, not sure I would go back to this unit."
