Sent me clear and concise instructions which everything made things easy and seamless, and I appreciated that a lot.NOW for the location: This was one of the best stay I've been to with my organization or my own family. The place is so nice, the view of their lake was great, the place it was located was nice and quiet. The rooms, WOW! the Master had it's own bathroom and it was big and clean. The other rooms very spacious, clean, comfortable. Place was very clean and tidy and we treated it respectfully and left it that way because we really would LOVE to make this a place to come again -- not just for Daytona Bike week but for any family trips with my kids as well. Thank you Amy!!!"

"My stay was very enjoyable! The property was extremely clean and everything was in place. The only hiccup was not being able to access the front door due to someone leaving the deadbolt locked. After a call to the property management, they gave me the garage code to enter. Once that was settled, the remainder of my stay was absolutely perfect! Highly recommended!!!"

"Neptune is a beautiful home that met our space needs very well. The heated pool was inoperable and not resolved until the last day of our stay. The hot water heater was set on "Away" (or something similar), so we initially had issues with sufficient hot water for showers. The beds were VERY comfortable, and everyone slept well. The showers in the King bedrooms were odd, in that there is a regular glass window that makes shower occupants visible to the next door neighbor. "

"The Casago First Coast Team were so responsive and helpful. The condo was large and every room had its own space and own full bathroom. It was only my husband and I, but if others had stayed with us, we would not have been on top of eachother and all would have had our own space in the home. Back Porch was huge with a great view. Very clean. Very peaceful. "

"The unit was beautifully laid out, with a wonderful view of the surrounding area. House location was reasonably close to shopping and restaurants and we would definitely rent again in the future.We did have an issue with not enough garbage bags. However my wife is an avid walker and when she asked a fellow walker where there was a local store she could pick some up, they handed her some. That tells you about the quality of the neighborhood. She also received suggestions for restaurants and other things on her walks."
