"We really enjoyed staying here. The amenities were a bit outdated but we still had fun. Loved that our family had plenty of room. Was really grossed out by the dishwasher with water at the bottom, but we were prepared and had paper plates and just washed anything else we needed. We were rushed out 30 minutes before our checkout with the cleaning crew sitting outside. But other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Was a great value for the amount of space. Would definitely stay again."

"This was a golf outing trip and visit to watch the TPC up in Jacksonville. The condo is excellent! Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It's perfectly located on the pond - which I prefer over the beach front - and just a quick 2-minute walk across the parking lot to the beach. Check-in could not have been easier and communication with Amy was outstanding! Definitely a 10/10!!!"

"Hotel resort is really nice. However, reading the other reviews, it looks like we were lucky. The person who was giving out the wrist bands for pools didn’t know he wasn’t suppose to give us any. If we were denied access to pools, I would say the price would have been too high. No instructions for tv. I think owners could easily print it out. Without knowing for sure the pool passes are available, not sure I would go back to this unit."

"My stay was very enjoyable! The property was extremely clean and everything was in place. The only hiccup was not being able to access the front door due to someone leaving the deadbolt locked. After a call to the property management, they gave me the garage code to enter. Once that was settled, the remainder of my stay was absolutely perfect! Highly recommended!!!"
