"Didn't care for the fact that we had to pay $22 for parking each day. I never saw it on the website, even though I had to check after we HAD to pay. Guests should have a voucher or something to put on the dashboard or something and have free parking. We choose the Hotel besides the LOOKS of it online and etc but the MAIN reason was NO PETS. We are both allergic to dogs. On our last day at the Hotel a DOG was crying and barking for 20 minutes at 7 a.m. on our floor. Said something when we checked out and the employee said they changed their policy 2 weeks ago and now accepts pets."

"The Best Western Bayfront is best place to stay in the Historic District of St. Augustine. Just park your car on their lot and you can walk all over the District. We have been staying their for at least 8 years and just love to stay there. The whole place was just upgraded a couple of years ago and it's beautiful."

"The room was clean, but not enough towels or toilet paper. The one time I depended on a hotel for their shampoo/conditioner/body wash that’s usually provided, there was no conditioner when I needed it. The kitchen had utensils, which was nice, for the ice cream treat we picked up, though. One major complaint, is that we had to park our lifted truck ourselves, but were still charged a valet fee, which is complete nonsense."

"I recently stayed at the Carriage Way Inn Bed & Breakfast in the Sapphire Room during a trip my daughter and I took together, and we had a lovely overall experience. The room itself was very nice, full of charm, and the bathroom was especially spacious, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really added to the experience. Parking was also very convenient, with ample space located on the side of the house—definitely a plus. The only downside for me was the front porch area. It felt a bit dated and could use some TLC—there were older ceiling fans with visible rust, one of the planters had dead flowers, and the furniture seemed worn. Overall, it’s a charming place with great service, and with a little attention to the outdoor space, it could be even better."

"I was pleasantly surprised with how clean the room was. I felt like I was receiving 5 star service from the moment I checked in. Everyone was so nice and would send daily texts checking on whether I needed anything which was very thoughtful. The property is an older property but very well kept. It's about a 20 minute walk to the historic district. There is a busy road that you have to cross but once you get past that it's a pleasant walk through through a beautiful neighborhood. The only issue I had was that both the Jacuzzi and bath tub were lukewarm at best, but neither of these were a biggie. Highly recommend!"

"The staff was awesome and very accommodating. Only thing I could ask for is they have a Microwave accessible for us after hours and the water pressure a bit stronger."
