"Modern, clean, and spacious hotel. Great lobby. Good coffee. Good shower. Nice pool area but it’s small enough that it can easily be ruined by a few loud kids. Could use a hot tub and faster elevators. I especially appreciate the floors are NOT carpeted (so gross - why does almost every hotel have carpeted floors in the rooms? Who knows what’s on there?!). Definitely a selling point for me for the AC. Great overall and I would absolutely stay there again. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast bar. Parking was adequate and free unlike other area hotels. Great location. Parked my car and walked everywhere. Close to attractions but not the congestion. ."

"Everything was great. Except the WIFI. We couldn’t stream anything. Our connection kept dropping. Funny thing was the WiFi worked fine in their lobby. Not in our room. We complained immediately. They went and pushed a reset button. It did not fix the problem. We complained again the next day. They pushed the reset button again. No help. They told us we would need to wait until the manager came in. On our fourth day there the manager went and did a reset again. Didn’t work again. She didn’t believe that it could be working in the lobby but not in our room. Hotels.com said we could get a different room. The staff didn’t offer a different room. Just told us we would need to wait to talk to the manager to get some kind of satisfaction. When we left, WiFi still was not working. They gave us a $50 refund. Not acceptable. For $300 a night I exoect a good WiFi connection. Not staff blowing me off like I don’t know anything. They did not fix the problem, no matter what they say in their response here. "

"First off, the staff is tremendous! Really impressed. The rooms are unique but cramped. I love the little details they provide. Here is something I hope the consider. First off, please clean the outside patio of debris and dirt. Spruce up the landscape and the house needs to be power washed asap. Fresh paint would do wonders. However, I recommend this place to anyone. The staff is great. "

"Room was fair. Very small. Shower in bedroom and bathroom has no door only shower curtains. Extremely noisy as it us connected to a bar and the band was right outside the window very very loud. They leave earplugs in room no wonder. Band played till 10pm then music from spealers played till 10:30. Some places mention they have breakfast even on thier site someone mentioned great breakfast and they kept this visible instead of correcting. There is no breakfast. Parking is not on the site. Air conditioning is controlled on floor for all rooms therefore if one guest likes it cooler and one warmer it cant be done.For a positive it is very well located. I wouldn't go back."
