"Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and there were a lot of bugs throughout the room. Ants were especially noticeable, so if you are allergic to ants or are very sensitive to insects, I would not recommend staying here. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement, and the bug issue made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the staff was very nice and helpful. We got locked out of our room during our stay, and they were quick to help us get the issue resolved."

"Staff were uniformly bright considerate helpful and courteous. General Manager Marcel from the Netherlands gave us much helpful advice about how to enjoy the area. He managed the staff in a quiet respectful manner which I am sure contributed to the latter’s kindness to the guests. "The room was clean, staff was friendly. Warm water during afternoon air-conditioning was great. The hotel is directly on the beach nice and quiet. I'd recommend bringing small children since the ocean isn't very deep a giant flat without sea urchins or grass. "
