"Room was roomy clean and pleasant. Hotel was in very good condition. The only problem we had was we decided we needed to stay over another night. We stopped at the desk after spending the day in icu at the hospital. Talked to the desk clerk, who checked the computer and told us she couldn't do anything till after 3am. Told us there wouldn't be a problem staying over and we would be able to keep the same room. We we're told to come around breakfast time and they could set it up for us to stay...

"Carpet and tile floors in need of a major cleaning. Bathtub was extremely slippery and looked worn out: ring around the tub and the nonslip things on the bottom were grey. I made the front desk and the maid aware of the tub situation and they did an extra good scrub which helped with the slipperiness but it still looked dirty probably due to age."

"Room was too small for 2 queen beds. One bed against the hvac unit, couldn't use that side to get on bed. Arrived in room thermostat was set on 44 degrees. Took forever to warm up. Was never able to get hot water at the vanity. The lady at the front desk was friendly and informative. The path to elevator seemed crowded with all of the gambling machines, should have breakfast for the room prices. "

"Everything about this hotel is perfect and our family used to go there every year, but this time the customer service at the front desk is was not as nice as always, in the other hand the other staff is still as kind as they always are. Hotel, Please take care of who is at the front desk, is the first person to interact with the guest and the first impression counts. "
