"Excellent property. Location can't be beat for golfers and is also convenient to shopping and restaurants. A very nice amenity is having access to Litchfield by the Sea beach club. There was also a very nice barbeque grill. The property is roomy, well appointed, and comfortable. The interior walls appear to have been recently painted, and my only negative comment would be that the trim, doors, and some of the furniture still need a fresh coat of paint. "

They were super informative and accommodating. House is supremely located for restaurants and golf courses. Plenty of bedrooms to spread out and be comfortable. "House was comfortable and well appointed. Close walk to beach. Some areas could have used a little more cleaning Upstairs air conditioner did not work but it was fixed during our stay. A keyless check in would be preferred instead of going to a rental office to pick up keys. Overall I would stay again"
