"Great location. Easy access to the beach and other areas of Pawleys Island. Property is just as pictured. Eric was very easy to work with and responded promptly. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends. "

"Technically, they are correct in advertising a free breakfast but Froot Loops and waffles without syrup are really poor choices. The water in the shower took over five minutes to get warm and the shower door was broken. Additionally, the shower floor was moldy, and the toilet seat had many scratches. The bed was comfortable, and the AC kept the wrong quite cool. I did not try the coffee machine or the microwave. The refrigerator worked fine."
