We really liked the location which is close to a super IGA grocery store, restaurants and shopping.Our Host, Marshall Griffin, was always very accommodating and helpful with any questions or concerns."

"Pros: great location, walked to the beach 1 block away, restaurants 10 min walk, great area for walking in general. Close to every activity available. Kitchen was decently equipped. Nice to have this home base. Con: mainly that the bathroom needs rehabbing (very old, small sink, tub is unsightly), the AC units are window units that are on the loud side, and the screened in patio was not dusted and screens were broken. Couch is also dirty, we used our own blanket from home to cover it. "

"The access to the beach is not for wheelchairs.. There is construction of some sort blocking the walkway for wheelchairs to get to the pool area. I honestly think you guys need to make a private path for just Seaside so your guests don't have to use the public access path. The breakfast is not free it is sub par for $8.95 each. The room 606 we stayed in had plenty of space for a wheelchair. The room and the view was priceless. We will stay again.The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was an male working 2nd shift that was not very friendly. The girls on day shift was great."

"The cottage was simply amazing. Everything they said about it was true. We enjoyed so much time on the screened in porch. And the neighborhood was so quiet. The walk to the beach only took us 3 minutes, which means it is quicker than walking out of your condo waiting for an elevator and being surrounded by other’s trying to get to the beach. All the special touches Clay and Joe do for you are so welcoming. I definitely will be back"

"House was nice. Hot tub wasn’t hot when we got there, and owner was pretty quick with response to get it working. Overall pretty nice place to stay, house was clean as well. "
