So if you are not used to low budget..avoid this place. It is being held together with screws and nails. The bathrooms are nasty. The best part was the ocean view and terrace! We went to dollar store and got our own pillows and sheets..

Rooms very musty smell, water soaked floor from the air conditioner. Stayed in rm 201 Carpets heavily soiled feet were black from walking on it and carpet coming up in places,little small bugs crawling in the bathroom. No ice machine in the building. Plywood floor in the elevator. Would not recommend needs extreme renovations or torn down. Very sketchy, no parking tags given so anyone could use the parking lot. Easy check in staff was nice. No check out person was available had to put key in drop box this morning.

TV didn’t work. Nightlight didn’t work banister on balcony was falling off. Open wiring from the ceiling and the wall. Bed still felt like there was sand in the sheets from probably previous users. Killed several cockroaches. Informed the fire department of potential hazards. Staff was polite and tried to be helpful. But everything is dilapidated and rundown no wonder why it was so cheap.

Dirty towels and linens. Dirty pool and only One person working and he complained about how their short-staffed and how other guests would complain so much so he was overworked with no help himself to maintain the property. Luckily we were only stopping by to stay for one night before we got on the road so it was just a place to sleep. It is right on the beach but the price is way too much for what you get when you feel uncomfortable and have to put your own blankets down on the bed to sleep comfortably because you're worried about bed bugs or something.

This property is literally on the beach. You walk from your room, through a brief path, and you and the ocean commune. The views are stunning. Balcony is pleasant. You get to listen to the ocean as you drift off to sleep. The rooms are a decent size and clean, but not well maintained. There is no fridge. Appliances in the room are in disrepair. Faucet comes off in the bathroom. Lamps with rust that looks like something else. Broken table glass on the balcony. Carpet with stains. The TV in the room was new, however. It is the embodiment of no frills. I enjoyed using a physical key to open and lock the door. Nostalgic! It’s the place you stay, if you’re visiting for one night, passing through town. Not unpleasant, but not exactly comfortable. Checkout is 10am. The views and ocean easy access make the stay worth it, But the rooms can definitely use some TLC and updating.

I love the Oasis Hotel! It’s a great hotel if you’re on a budget with an AMAZING VIEW. The balcony is huge and private. I came here for a birthday weekend with my husband. We will be back again. With only one room available staff was able to get me a room on the top floor! 10/10 ✨💕

AC was inadequate. The place is extremely in need of a major overhaul! Small bugs in the bathroom were found. Shower had as leaking, toilet was unclean. No hairdryer in room. We almost cut our loss and went to another place. The only reason we stayed was because the bed was comfortable and the hotel was close to the venue. I would not recommend.

Very nice and accommodating staff. It’s not the Marriott or the Ritz, but it was a fairly decent room for the price. Beautiful view from the balcony. My only complaint was that my remote did not operate the TV. I wasn’t too concerned with watching TV so this wasn’t an unbearable inconvenience. The tub drained a little slow when I showered also. Again, it is not brand new or recently renovated hotel. A little rough around the edges, but my room was clean and had no issues from staff or other guest.

Hotel is nothing like the photos. The room we had was decent. It was a last minute option. Place was falling apart. Decided to stay 2 days and the toilet decided to give out. The staff was sooo friendly . They would ask you if you need anything and help if you needed help to your room. 5 stars for the staff and 1.5 stars for the property.
