"Most of the stay was fine, but there were a few hiccups. I checked in before 4 and was told that I would get a text message once my room was ready. I asked the receptionist if I would get a message despite booking through a third-party app. She said yes. 4 came around. No text. 4:10 came. No text. 4:20 came. No text. So finally I went up to the receptionist and asked if my room was ready. She gave me my room number without acknowledging that I got my room late. I never got the text message telling me my room was ready. Next, I used the vending machine on my floor. It took my dollar but did not count it, so I tried to get change back, and I guess the machine was out of quarters. The vending machine downstairs also took a quarter from me when I tried to get the change back after realizing this machine also did not work. I did not make a fuss about it at the time because I figured it would not get resolved. The stay was ok, but I will likely not return to this resort."
