"Several items were broken including the chandelier, tv, dishwasher, and a transition when coming into the room from tile to wood vinyl flooring. The partial view was accurate, and there were appropriate dishes to go with the kitchen portion of the suite."

Instead of a refund, I was offered nothing and me and my children were left with nowhere to sleep after a 7 hour drive there. Expedia nor the hotel were helpful.
