"Great location with an easy walk to all of the fun things to do in the area. The room was spacious and the view from the room was excellent. Full ocean view with nice balcony. The beach was well groomed and there were plenty of places to relax and enjoy both the beach and the pool. The wristbands give you access to several pools and hot tubs along the strand. We rented a beach cabana which was great and enjoyed the easy access to the restaurants and bars on site. The only issues we had during our stay were the noise from the construction on the pier (which was SHOCKINGLY LOUD when the slider was open) and one of the hot tubs in the adjacent hotel was really dirty at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again…but hopefully after the pier construction is completed!"

"the staff were very friendly but the charge extra to go to a lower floor is ridiculous when they don't have an elevator I thought the rooms were okay not the greatest but the location is hard to beat it's a few minute walk to everything"

"Besides the ongoing construction we had a blast! Great amenities, good drinks and food at the pool bar, close to broadway at the beach and the boardwalk. Tasha was very helpful and polite and got us early check in on arrival day which we were extremely grateful for after a long 14 hour drive. Plenty of free accessible parking. Breakfast is okay, very limited options(waffles, sausages, eggs, yogurt, fruit). Will stay again!"

"Check in was great! It was fast and friendly. Our view was great! We had the ocean view and it was beautiful. Our room was not as clean as it should have been. There was food from the previous people on the floor. From a distance the floor looked cleaned but it wasn’t. You could not walk around barefoot because your feet would turn black from the ground being dirty. There were legos on the balcony and you could tell after being in the room it wasn’t clean. Who ever cleaned the room did it just to make it look presentable but didn’t really clean it. All the pools were nice and the walk up to the beach was nice too, but it smelled like urine before you walked up to the beach in the area of the dunes. Once you pass that, the beach was beautiful! And it was nice that we could go to the beach and pool and rest on the lounge chairs. But use caution on the lounge chair, I had sat down in it and didn't know it was broken the I fell trough it and needed help getting back up. There was no one around to report it to so I was up early hoping to find someone to show them and the gentleman kindly removed it from the pool area. Overall it wasn’t a bad place. I would go again. This time hoping my room is a little bit cleaner. "

"Everything was terrible totally filthy no housekeeping had to get your own towels made us wait till 4 to get our room while several other people checked in had to take out your own garbage room smelled like cigarettes and was dirty told us they didn’t have any other room for us to exchange for what we paid everyone was rude very unprofessional I think they should refund my money this was the worst hotel I have ever booked in Myrtle Beach and they acted like we were nobody and didn’t care we also had to go to the front desk everyday for new codes for our room and every time they made us wait for maintenance and go back downstairs for new codes this was just so bad and unprofessional I will never book with them again because it was very disappointing and disgusting that we had to wait all day for the room and find out it was filthy hopefully maybe they will consider giving me back my money or at least some my phone number is 518-332-7779 thank you"
