We initially booked a oceanfront suite in the actual Hilton hotel section. Upon arrival they advised the room had a water leak. They moved us to the Hilton Palms condo building next to Hilton. The building was run down. Our condo they placed us in was outdated from the the 80's, not ocean front or balcony. The bathroom had a toilet leak and was dirty with hair on the ground. Check in took a very long time. Also there is a $20/ day charge for parking which is very uncommon in Myrtle beach. I have stayed at over 20+ hotel in Myrtle beach and never paid for parking.
WiFi access was very complicated.
No daily housekeeping service also disappointing."
