" Location and amenities are great. We didn’t utilize the pools however they were all up and functioning and everyone seemed to be enjoying them. We did use one of the restaurants onsite which was convenient and offered great service. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is for several reasons. Although the rooms were clean, I wouldn’t say they were comfortable at all. The beds were a very cheap metal frame with a very thin foam mattress. Your body sank down to a broke down box spring that squeaked loud enough to wake the entire room with only a tiny bit of movement. Also, the elevators in the parking deck were all out of service with the control board pulled completely out of all of them. So, you could only use the stairs on floors 1-3 of the parking deck. Floors 4-6 did have a small service elevator. Over all, I would stay here again for a short stay however the comfort of the room and not having adequate elevators in the parking deck would probably keep me away for anything more than a weekend. "

"This condo was an older unit with older furniture, frayed carpets, smelled like pets. We could not access the building because we were given the wrong access code to get inside. Check out was super early at 10am, but someone was pounding on the door at 10:01am. I also had a package delivered (specified to the door) but was delivered to the locked mailbox which we never received. I tried contacting the owner through the portal as well as the maintenance man said he contacted them but no repose, so no package by the time we left. Highly recommend another unit here. Windows also need to be cleaned in order to see the ocean view from the side."
