The laundry machines downstairs are free, all you need is your own detergent. Public transport is incredibly easy with the Rossauer Lande U-Bahn station right next door. Getting downtime with the subway takes less than 15 minutes and unlike in the USA, the U-Bahn in Vienna is very clean and safe. There are also many wonderful little cafes and restaurants...

"I didn't love my stay here. When I arrived, there was a pile of dirty laundry from the previous stay forgotten in the room. After being redirected, I spoke with a support agent on WhatsApp that kept asking unnecessary questions instead of just resolving the issue. Later in the day, it got quite warm and I realised the A/C wasn't working at all and had the same experience of generic questions from another agent.
