"The most disgusting hotel ive ever stayed in. First room they gave me had blood stains all over the bed sheets. After having to wait half an hour for the owner to turn up and confirm there was indeed blood stains on the bed they moved me to a different room. Guess what? This one didn't have blood stains, just regular bright orange ones all over the bed sheets. And whats more, there were clumps of long, womens hair all over the floor and clogging the sink. Add to all this the cobwebs EVERYWHERE....

"Second stay here , both times the beds are comfortable the staff are always helpful & friendly, I wish there were facilities for making tea coffee etc in the room , but there is hot water at reception so it’s not totally without the facility, walking distance to the central shopping mall & ocean shopping mal ( approx 15 minutes taxi will cost around 80baht if you can’t stick the heat "

"Good: very clean, spacious room. Room is a big studio with fridge and bathroom amentities. Bad: location is in a small village, cannot walk anywhere. Not near central festival or lee gardens. The nescafe was a joke. I try to order a ham and cheese sandwich but they said dont have. So i ordered a tuna croissant and they buy a can of tuna from the convenient store and croissant was from freezer. Not a real cafe. Staff dont speak english."

"I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day. I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone. Staff showed up and checked me in. They turned on the aircon in my room later that night, and left for the night. This one didn't have blood stains, just regular bright orange ones all over the bed sheets. And whats more, there were clumps of long, womens hair all over the floor and clogging the sink. Add to all this the cobwebs EVERYWHERE. But we're not finished yet. Because later that night, I walked down the stairs and found myself tredding in dirty water that stank. After wading through I asked the woman on reception and she just shrugged and said 'pipe from toilet on second flood has burst'... luckily it wasn't actual sewage water, but it was still disgusting. I was meant to stay for seven nights but checked out the next morning. If it hadnt been too late to book another hotel the night before, I wouldn't have spent a single second in this disgusting pit."
