When I saw the dormitory bed price for 15USD of this hostel,I was expecting this must be an amazing hostel since they listed a European -standard-rate in Thailand,However at the end,I was completely and absolutely disappointed. In terms of service,I booked a 6-bed dorm but the staff put me in a 8 bed dorm, I did inform the staff about this ,and he just said: It's the same ,while the night staying there,the WiFi is totally not working,so I had to go to a bar to use the Internet to deal with some urgent work stuff. And this property is indeed with some hygiene issue,it's an old building in the rain season.so the room and toliet is mouldy everywhere, and the bed seems to have insects or bed bugs,I feel itchy all night,couldn't get a decent sleep. In the mean time,they use some very cheap material quilt,it's stuffy,extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy to sleep with it. Although they do have some nice and chic courtyard and relaxing and spacious living area but overall,I still really don't understand how did they get the confidence to sell 15USD for a dorm bed in a southeast Asia country with just an average service and quality? I really believe the management should rethink about it and match the market and value,otherwise this property will definitely running down in near future.
