"Very convenient location -- rooms overlooking the lake have a great view including the mountains (but the lake was unfortunately dry during our stay). Staff extremely helpful but almost no English. However, the manager/owner (Mr Thanh) was often around or available to consult by phone. Breakfast rather limited, though you can get Vietnamese filter coffee and milk if you know to ask for them. No lift, so you might have to walk up three flights, although staff will help you with bags."

"Lovely owner, great location away from over touristic area, easy starting point for a trek/drive to more authentic/less theme parky villages. The owner does a lot of work to help the locals. She told us all about it over a delicious dinner!"
