"Just back from a week here and after reading reviews, we can honestly say we weren’t sure what to expect. However, we had a lovely stay, yes it’s hilly (even the complex) but this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We were fortunate to be allocated a refurbished room and were down by the pool and restaurant. The food was usually nice and we could always find something, if you’re looking for nuggets, sausages etc for lunch/dinner for kids then it’s maybe not for you. Drinks were ok and drinking...

"Everything was great except for the stairs but that was my own fault for not booking a one bedroom apartment instead of a studio, everyone was very helpful and I was even offered a different room, the people at the front desk were always on hand to help me in every way possible, I'll be going back again next year 👍🌞🌞"

"Arrived late and tired, Jesus was very helpful and got me settled right away. The next day or so I was lucky to get a lower bunk which was much easier. Everything else was walking distance, bars,cafes and restaurants. Buses too."

"The best place i could come for holidays All staff makes you feel at home Your surrounded by quietness. Very clean attention to detail There is a lot of ammenities on the villlage Bus 3 minutes walking from the house that takes you to Los Cristianos and you can exchange for another bus to closure locations. Thank you to all En La Casona for taking so good care of me Im coming back next year "

"Lovely relaxed set up. All check in and arrival was done via WhatsApp, whereas I think a personal hello would be better, where you could then explain where everything is etc. Breakfast is some cereal, toast, jam, tea, coffee which is left in the kitchen to help yourself. No organised groups/ events here which was fine for me but I know others wanted more prompts to get to know other people. Having optional activities might be useful. "
