Would benefit from some quieter spaces for adults as all communal spaces very noisy with kids. Unfortunately our air con wasn’t working for whole stay and the communication wasn’t great around this and no real urgency to get it fixed - that was the only real disappointment though we were provided two fans for the room but they did very little given the heat. Good facilities overall, breakfast was great and the gym was a nice added bonus. Pools are great and a decent size, but are loud. Great place to stay with kids but if looking for adults only go elsewhere.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location at the base of a mountain. Rooms were spotlessly clean, staff were helpful, breakfast superb. We did go during storm Therese so only used the heated pool for a few hours, but the other pools also looked great.

Very nice stay, the room we were happy with as had two bathrooms. Nice pool and childrens entertainment at the pool. Signage to room tiny bit unclear. Location is 7 mins walk to kids roof top playground which we liked. Then further 7 mins walk to beach. There is shuttle bus to beach also every hour at times in day.

Great hotel. Room was beautiful - v spacious, clean and extremely well equipped with large terrace. 3 pool options. Preferred the main pool as the poolside bar there is great with good options for lunch. Entertainment was regular and the staff worked hard on this! Not so keen on the 2pm foam party but that’s a personal preference! Supermarket on site is excellent, gym/fitness centre is huge and breakfast has a wide choice. A very well serviced hotel . Approx 15-20 mins walk downhill to the centre with bars/restaurants en route Overall an excellent stay and I think this hotel would suit families with older & you get kids as well as groups of friends.

Enjoyed our stay, clean well kept grounds. Spacious well equipped room. At the top of a hill which means lovely views. Nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Free coach up and down the hill from 10am till 6pm

great apartment for a weekend away. very clean with toiletries and towels. close to good bars and restaurants but at top of steep hill. so not good for anyone who has trouble walking. great stay for us though and we will be back.

Complex and rooms were very clean, breakfast was ok..but could have been a lot hotter. Hotel is about 20 minute walk to beach downhill....return journey is a lot longer and more difficult. Not suitable for people with restricted mobility. Lovely restaurant opposite...but no others within very short distance
