"On our way to Melissa's we were informed that the location changed as the advertised holiday location was no longer in use. We were directed to another location in Strand that did not have a garden/swimming pool or any view. It looked like a half way completed flat with small living quarters. When we said we are unhappy, or and my family was asked to wait while an alternative arrangement was made. After 30minutes we've decided to seek other accommodation and requested our money back. "During week one must accept service after 4 pm only as residence is locked up before then. So if you an early arrival this is not place for you. Over weekends and public holidays it is fine. There can be a bit more privacy as the owners live in house. This can easily be done. Attention to detail makes this a very interesting place to stay. "
