"Wont recommend this hotel. No toothbrush , shampoo/ conditioner, no telephone to contact front desk. TV is not operational. Toilet flush is not working. I know i get what i paid for but basic grooming essentials must be available. There are inns around that offers better services at a cheaper price and with free breakfast."

"I came in early to see if my room was available they were not even able to fill up my reservation until an hour so later even after my check in i still had to wait another 30 minutes after already waiting for about an hour and a half the room that was occupied by someone who allows who hasn't checked out yet. There are supposed to check out by 12 and they didn't get to check out until after 2:30. There wasn't any trash cans in my room so i had to keep asking for them to throw my trash away...

"The place was horrible, its under construction so dust and construction debris are everywhere and also inside the room. parking is limited, dog poop are all over the place even in the entrace of hotel. inside the room is unpleasantly worse, its dirty and holes in ceilings and electical wires exposed. i do have pictures of everything to prove all the negative things i wrote. staff are not very nice, seems like its our fault to check in and bring business to their hotel. on the day i checked out...

"The hotel is not in the city proper which is far from the malls and stores but the hotel provides a free ride going to an accessible places where you can get tricycles. It's a basic hotel but the their services are all out! I appreciate their kind workers who are very accomodating. "

"We arrived late prior from our booking date, then our reservations was occupied. They cant accommodate us because we haven't confirm our arrival time to the area. They reason out that we must confirm thru call our arrival time so that they will accommodate our reservations. The location of pension house was misleading in the ads. It is 10-12 km away from the city proper. Just waste extra bucks from this."
