"Inside where the capsules were it was about 35 degrees. The pod had air but was just circulating the already hot air from the room so did nothing. The pod was ok but dust was found. The bathroom wasn't the best but this be down to other people that used it previously. "

"The elevator is broken and there is no sign of it being fixed. I have a disability and it was hard for me to go up and down the stairs every day. I would not have booked this hotel if the elevator was not available. The staff was not apologetic about this, which was disappointing."

"The host's communication can be improved, one has to chase them to have all the directions to enter the apartment and the room. Plus, despite multiple attempts, no good answer was provided about the Wi-Fi network for which the shared password doesn't work. The room's door and windows can barely get fully closed, which makes it very noisy. "
