"It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card."

"The contactless check-in process and no staff on site means that you need to submit your contact info via a form before arriving. I didn't do this so there was a little run around when I arrived but was still able to check in an hour early, which was nice. The room was decent but the air conditioning was not working. The remote staff I was texting to troubleshoot the issue weren't responsive until the following morning which meant a very uncomfortable night with no AC. However, they were very responsive the following day and got a replacement AC unit in the room for us. In addition, they graciously refunded the nightly rate for the night without AC, which really salvaged the whole experience! Overall a solid place to stay and would come back because management did right by me regarding the broken AC unit."
