Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

"We were greeted by Alex on our arrival and shown to our accommodation which was clean and provided everything we needed. We were the only guests staying that evening so the evening meal menu was limited to a few choices. However, when what was on offer didn't suit all of our party, Alex went out to buy in food to meet our dietary needs in order that we didn't have to drive back out to the local village to eat. Our evening meal was delicious, finishing with a great breakfast sitting outside in...

"The hotel is hidden behind a cafe. There is no nearby parking. The room is all tiled, cold and sterile. The towels are thin and small. The shower lies behind a shower curtain, and was too appalling to use. The in-roomheater did not work. It took a while for the motion-detection hall lights to come in."
