They provided everything for a comfortable stay, and no issues at all with their services. However, the lock to my door drove me crazy. I had to twist the key a certain way in order to get it to lock and unlock. Other than that, a good stay overall."

Piazza restaurants nearby and very close to the Shroud Museum. Breakfast included is a plus. The night receptionist man could do with an attitude adjustment. "Convenient for the train station. Concierge was a lovely, elderly gentleman with a passion for meeting people; very helpful indeed. Rooms were a bit spartan and a problem with a flooding sink but the bed was very comfortable and a good, night’s sleep before a long journey ahead was very welcome."
