"Property is a little old, but fresh paint, and clean linens, and a tv. Average place to stay for the night, and conveniently located right off the I-80. Breakfast was ok if you like biscuits and gravy. They also had dry cereal & milk, apples, bagels and cream cheese. No eggs. No yogurt. They did have Folgers hot coffee and juice. "

"room was very nice with a microwave and mini-frig. Bed was comfortable. stayed for one night on our trip out of town and again on our return trip home. The kid at checkin was less than enthusiastic on the first stay. Thje second stay was a gentleman who was very accomodating."

"Found the property up an unpaved alley at the rough end of Rawlins. No prior emailed instructions on how to gain access and no one to meet us or any notice to indicate who guests should call. No signage apart from that in the photo. No way was I pushing open any closed doors in that area. We booked into an alternative Rawlins hotel and obtained a refund."
