You check in via a machine at the front door at which point you pay and receive a code to access the hotel and your room; we therefore had no cause to deal with any hotel staff - no issue with any of that, the system worked well. "This is the best place to stay in Albi. We were in 2 different rooms, as we extended our stay. Each was lovely and spotlessly clean. Both had refrigerators plus extremely comfortable king-sized beds. One had a lovely terrace. The other was huge with an extra bed. Breakfast was delicious with fresh-squeezed orange juice. There is a cozy ambiance in the public spaces that invites guests to linger. The hotel is family-run with hosts who deliver personal attention that goes beyond making dinner...

"If you are an American...you are just going to be upset. We travel a lot, but this was really bad. Rude staff, very unhelpful. No elevator and no help to lug your suitcase up the stairs. The tiny bathroom had no light...not really a room, just a corner of the room separated by a half wall. The other corner has a tiny tab...shower is communal, outside the room. Just a very bed experience all around"

"Stayed here for three nights during a long weekend in Albi. Hotel is 10-15 minutes walk to the historic heart of Albi, with its imposing 13th century cathedral. There's also a Toulouse Lautrec museum for fans. Enough stuff to see and do for a weekend break — but probably not sufficient for much longer than that."

"Cet hôtel a une belle vue sur la colline, avec une chambre grande dans laquelle on a pu caser deux lits parapluie pour nos jumeaux (en plus d'un lit double et un lit simple enfant).
