"We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Lovely place for a stay but ruined by blatant dishonesty. Owners advertise on multiple platforms that there is an indoor pool - they even have pics, but the "pool" is apparently at an indoor leisure club 4 miles away. Absolute jokers. Even when i contacted the club- i still had to pay for going swimming. Such a disappointing stay and ive lodged refund request from hotels.com"

"Apartment is great if you want to be right in the heart of the city but during our stay the front door to the apartment complex did not lock and was not fixed during our 2 night stay.
