No dispone de recepción, yo llegué tarde, llamé al número de teléfono de contacto porque tenía problemas en el acceso y el teléfono directamente estaba apagado. "Well located hotel in the heart of Vitoria-Gasteiz's Old Town, minutes walk from the train station. Ane on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The Art Deco staircase was a real highlight and memorable feature."

"The location was amazing. The accomodation itself is OK, I personally found thet it was relatively noisy and the balcony couldn't be closed. Not all storage shelfs could be used because the doors were broken. There are 6 beds in a room but only 2 socket outlets and one little table. However, it was clean and totally OK if you are staing for a night."
