"Everything at the lodge was good but could have been great with improved communication. Our family of four arrived at the same time as a group and we were offered the options to joint their tours on an expedited schedule (four days of activities in two days). We joined them for the full day Napo tour and really enjoyed the day but we were very rushed and had no idea what activity was next. Par exemple des palapas recouverts de plastiques et la difficulté à réguler la température de l’eau dans la douche. L’eau de la piscine est brouillée. La nourriture et le service sont très bien."
