"My first night, my feet stuck to the floor from the carpet being nasty. They change my room woke up the next morning couldn’t use the bathroom because the toilet was broke and took time to come to fix. I did not get a refund back from the hotel and Expedia only gave me a $25 credit, terrible customer service from both!!! So you tell me how do I get compensated for more than this $25 Expedia?"

"My stay was very pleasant and the staff was wonderful. I left one night earlier because i became sick with asthma. I was not given a refund back for that night. Everyone seemed to have passed it over like I stayed there. I asked for trash bags from the time i got there, none was never given or put in the room. 5 nights."
