"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hotel staff are lovely, I feel sorry for them having to deal with my complaint which manager was supposedly going to contact me to resolve but hasn’t.. No mirror in bathroom, just the broken metal wire it should’ve been on. No hair dryer, iron, kettle or even any kind of cup to drink from in room. "Room was clean but stair carpets were smelly and dirty also skirting board gathered lots of dust. Room curtains had dirty stains on them, I told staff but nothing was done about it. No lifts, had to go up the stairs to the third floor than 4th floor. Downstairs and reception area looked very clean and inviting, but up the stairs were dirty snd smelly. Dirty towel left in hanging in the bathroom, dirty nappies left in the bin, bedding were clean but pillows and duvet had bad smell."
