Thought it was nice as it was pretty spacious for the two of us and the room and bathroom was very clean. Overall, I would recommend and if I was in Manchester again I would stay there

Simple, basic with comfy bed , good shower

There were so few things in the kitchen - no clothes. Nothing to wash up with . One tall beer glass and one wine glass and three mugs. No frying pan - kitchen was so sparse . No way of regulating heating except radiator valves and it got cold early evening . Sofa was rock hard - no good to sit on and god knows how you would open it as a bed - no space . Bed was very comfortable I have to say though smallish double. But definitely no garden view as per description as there is no garden and far from deluxe. Good free parking though Shower was excellent avd powerful . Also good WiFi

The property was very clean and very close to a lot of Restaurants and Fast Food places. It was very easy to find. The pillows were a bit dirty and old otherwise everything else was okay. I would book it again.

I Didn't have any problems for my stay, the place is opposite to an esso which opens till late. There food options up the street. The facilities is not great so don't expect that. Also the walls are very thin and you can hear everything and everyone.

The actual apartments are really nice, very clean & have all the essentials for a short stay, including parking. However, the entire place smells of weed & people smoke in their rooms. There are fights and noises & I could not sleep so had to leave at 4am & go sleep in my car - what an absolute shame. I did send a message to the team who manages the property to let them know - what a dissappointment!

Though the staff were friendly, I would not return here. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, the bed sheets had cigarette holes and glue on them. We were only given 1 towel between 2 of us. The door to the room had clearly been kicked in from both sides and glued back together. The main door to the property was left unlocked throughout the night. There were people constantly hanging outside the front door and in the carpark. The atmosphere made me feel unsafe as if I needed to barricade myself in the room. I want to re-iterate that the staff were friendly but would never return.

The room was basic which is fair enough but it was full of dust, conwebs, handles were half broken, doors were battered. Walls were paper thin! We could hear everything including a couple arguing all night

This stay wasn't great. The room wasn't as nice as the pictures and needs some TLC. The wallpaper was ripped for instance, poor wifi and the sofa bed very hard. It was also in a very rough part of the city.

The room was in good condition but was too small, the description was deceiving. There was 1double bed and a sofa which can be turned into a bed. The double bed was good for my son because I travelled with my son and sofa bed was very dirty, there was no sheet to cover the sofa bed, only a duvet and pillow was left in the cupboard which looked used. I had to buy new cover to cover sofa bed to sleep on. The toilet and shower room were good enough for I person, but there was no hanging device to hang towels etc. Also I left 1gallon of tropical fruit juice unopened in the fridge and small gallon of milk which I forgot to take and when I remembered I text Hill View Apartments about it and the man reception called me to let me know that he has the juice and the milk and can pick it up, I agreed to pick those up before 6pm, I arrived before 6pm and called him to my my stuff, he said he left he is not at the property and hung up. He stole my juice and milk.

What an disgrace of a property. The entire place stunk, we had someone braying on our door in the early hours of the morning. It was very unclean and I felt very unsafe during my stay. I was not given my check in details until I had basically arrived at the 'appartment' overall it was disgusting, lack of customer service from the owners, incorrect contact information on the booking itself. You could hear all the other apartments, could hear people shouting and swearing. THE worst place i've ever stayed in. STAY CLEAR

Decent for a bed for the night but nothing more

HONEST REVIEW AFTER OUR STAY So we booked this property for a place to crash after seeing Oasis. We only needed a bed for the night and it was ok for what we wanted or expected. If you’re planning on staying here as a family or with kids then possibly look elsewhere. The place is a bit run down but not massively, the rooms are basic with your own toilet and the room wasn’t dirty but it could have done with a bit of TLC or a lick of paint to freshen it up. Bed sheets were clean, bed was comfy and the toilet was clean. We were on the lower floor and one issue was we were right next to the entrance door and with people coming in and out we could hear it. This happened until maybe 2/3am so sleep was a bit disturbed. Staff were helpful, kept in touch by text. If I was attending another gig at heaton park I’d stay here again. It’s about a 30 min walk to heaton park.

Not great for family stays, or if you want sleep

We booked this for a short family trip to Manchester. Its obvious these apartments are used for long term rental so don't expect much for short stays. No room service, replenishment of toilet paper etc, information that you need to clean your own rooms/empty bins daily (although all the bins outside are overflowing and stinking). There is generally no one available at the front desk regardless of the time of day. Walls are paper thin, fortunately my kid was fast asleep by the time the sounds of the night and arguments began. The towels in the room were dirty, had to get new ones and generally everything is a bit tatty. Beds are not comfortable and pillows are gross. I wouldn't recommend this place as for £20 more for the trip we could have had a much much nicer place to stay.
