"Quick, cheap and simple hotel with free on-site parking. Easy 20 minute walk into Puy-en-Velay. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Only minor issue was the lack of air conditioning but the hotel were aware of this and looking to add it in the future."

"The Automated check in terminal was off. The nigh watchman was impolite, and if he eventually turned on the Terminal, was repeatedly rude and even turned agressive to the point I considered leaving the facility."

Neither IBIS nor Expedia had sent me the alphabetical access code to the night entry check in system, so had to get someone on an almost inaudible intercom system to explain to me the entry protocols and provide with the code that had not been sent. I had called earlier in the day to alert the hotel that I was not arriving until 21.30! ...
