"The property condition is a little old and the window gave no view and actually no safe escape in the case of fire either. The place is quiet and the AC works well. Location is very close to the train station and quite close to place de la comédie."

It's easy to walk from the tram stop (though the sign is now a bit dark and not light blue like the picture!). If you want something authentically French and cheap then this is a really great place to stay. Clean and comfortable."

"This is possibly one of the filthiest hotels that I have ever stayed in. The dirt and decay in public areas is stomach churning. Many choices in close proximity so no reason to stay here. As a brand, B&B should be ashamed of themselves for listing this hotel."
