"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. "Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. "The house was big and spacious, and very well equipped. It had A big garden and a nice swimming pool which the children loved! We didn’t t use the air conditioning as there was a lovely breeze to keep us cool enough, and an awning over the patio table to shade us from the sun when having lunch or dinner outside. We used the BBQ several times. We loved Balaruc with its many restaurants on the edge of lake Thau, and the beautiful town of Sete and its lovely beaches close by."

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking.
