The property is really well maintained and has a lovely ambiance. The staff are wonderful, and food is very good. I would not recommend the location for solo female travellers without a car as as walking back to the hotel in the evening is via low light area near train station.

What a great hip-hop feeling JOST gives to folks lime myself. I am a hip-hop music connoisseur, I enjoyed each floor and the rooftop my goodness.

Horrible stay. Hotel is subpar, air conditioning system failed and no accommodation was provided. Rooftop bar service was non-existent with over 30 mins wait and no order was taken (even though server had mentioned they were coming at least twice). Wouldn’t recommend in the least!

Room was really clean - quite small but just what we needed. Would really benefit from a fridge in the room and some glasses to be able to have some water. The rooms are not serviced everyday so make sure to ask at reception. Location wise it was great and only a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Montpellier. It was great for what we needed and would stay again.

I would rate it like a boutique hotel with music as them. Nothing wrong with that. The pool and bar on the roof is nice, little smal pool but works out nice and over all friendly staff. Gabriella at the front desk in the morning gave excellent service with directions to different sights. The room needs bench or chairs to put luggage on, in otherwise nice hotel.

Blir nok siste gang.

Frokosten var meget dårlig. Kun to stk som gjorde alt. Stadig tomt på er særdeles dårlig utvalg. Eks ingen varme egg. Rommene var små i tillegg hadde vi rom under tak baren. Gjester kastet sneiper, snus mm på vår terrasse.

L’hôtel est beau et la promesse intéressante. Malheureusement alors que nous sommes en pleine canicule, l’accès à la piscine de l’hôtel et le rooftop sont fermés. (C’était la principale raison de ma réservation là). Par ailleurs impossible de dîner au restaurant de l’hôtel le lundi soir. J’ai passé un “bon” séjour, mais pas à la hauteur de mes attentes.

Bien plus qu’un hôtel – une vraie expérience

Incroyable rapport qualité-prix ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie sans attente par un jeune homme souriant, efficace et pro. Ma chambre était impeccablement propre, récente, bien pensée, avec de vrais petits plus comme un sèche-cheveux neuf et puissant (ça mérite d’être souligné !). Le vrai coup de cœur ? La terrasse au 8e étage : vue sur la mer, musique live avec une chanteuse, ambiance bobo chic détendue, déco canon. Malgré le monde, la serveuse m’a trouvé une place avec le sourire. J’ai fini par discuter avec tout le monde — une vraie soirée mémorable. Ça m’a rappelé l’ambiance du Mama Shelter, mais en plus relax, moins prétentieux. Et surtout, ne vous fiez pas au terme “auberge de jeunesse” : ici, c’est propre, stylé, vivant — loin des clichés. Bref, j’y retourne dès que possible !
